The Folx Collective (“we,” “our,” or “us”) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization committed to uplifting and empowering Black, Femme, Queer, and other marginalized LGBTQ+ individuals. These Terms help ensure that our Services are safe, inclusive, and legally protected spaces for everyone.

You may use our Services only if you are at least 13 years old (or 16 in the EU/UK), and you agree to these Terms. If you are using our Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization.

You agree to use our Services in accordance with all applicable laws and in a respectful, inclusive manner. You may not:

3. Donations and Payments
If you make a donation or other payment through our Services:

All payments are processed securely by third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe)

Donations are generally non-refundable unless explicitly stated or required by law

We will issue donation receipts in compliance with IRS regulations
